Product Description:

This is an industrial 4K 30FPS HDR Sony IMX258 color sensor mini MIPI camera module, specifically designed for smart devices with strict requirements on imaging quality, system integration, and environmental adaptability. With a well-balanced hardware configuration, it can cope with various complex shooting needs such as low light, backlight, and dynamic capture with ease, providing high-quality imaging solutions for various smart terminals. It is equipped with the Sony IMX258 CMOS sensor, featuring 13MP effective pixels and a native resolution of 4224x3144. It supports 3840×2160@30FPS 4K ultra-high-definition video recording and 1920x1080@60FPS full HD high-frame-rate output, balancing image delicacy and picture smoothness. The sensor size reaches 1/3.06 inch, and the 1.12μm×1.12μm pixel size, combined with Exmor RS back-illuminated technology, significantly enhances light-sensing performance. Cooperated with the HDR function, it can accurately balance light and dark contrasts and restore rich details. The output format is compatible with 8/10bit RAW, reserving sufficient space for professional image processing. The optical system is well-configured: it adopts an F2.2±5% large aperture to enhance light intake, a 3.46mm focal length paired with a wide depth of field ranging from 10cm to Infinity (adapting to both close-range shooting and long-distance framing), and a broad field of view (D79.8°×H67.8°×V53.1°) that can cover more scene content. TV distortion is controlled within -1.5%, ensuring accurate imaging proportions. Equipped with a VCM (Voice Coil Motor) and PDAF (Phase Detection Autofocus) technology, it achieves fast and precise focusing. It uses the MIPI CSI-2 high-speed interface to ensure stable and efficient transmission of high-definition data. In the production process, COB (Chip on Board) technology and AA (Active Alignment) process are adopted to guarantee product consistency and structural reliability. Moreover, it has passed multiple international testing and certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, and Reach, providing high-quality assurance for reliable application in global markets.
